LolaBee’s Harvest is an online farmers market and grocery delivery service, sourcing organic produce, pastured and grass fed meats, pastured eggs, organic milk, sustainable seafood, and prepared foods from farmers and artisans around the Bay Area and delivering to customers at home. Our customizable ordering system lets you choose products in our online farmers market, and receive farm fresh produce boxes delivered right to your doorstep. We source all of our products from local farmers, and guarantee the highest level of quality and service. Join today to get started!
How is LolaBee’s Different from Other Services?
LolaBee’s is not your average CSA box or produce delivery service. With LolaBee’s, you get to pick the products you want, delivered when you want them.

Home delivery saves you time and hassle, cutting out trips to the grocery store without adding complicated pickup arrangements to your already busy life.

- Signing up for LolaBee’s is free: we don’t charge membership fees and there are no up-front expenses. You can cancel individual orders or your membership with only a few days notice, and you only pay on days you receive a delivery.

Do I Have to Be Member to Place an Order?

What is the Commitment? How Much Does Membership Cost?
There is no commitment and no membership fee. You can cancel individual orders or your membership any time, as long as you give notice at least two days before your next delivery date. Going out of town? Our system also has a “vacation days” feature, which allows you to set in advance which weeks you would not like to receive a delivery.
LolaBee's Harvest is a next generation of CSA, an evolved model that lets you nourish your family with farm fresh food in a way that’s convenient and stress-free. High quality product, large selection, fully customizable ordering, flexible membership, and customer education are what set LolaBee’s apart from other produce delivery services. LolaBee’s is modeled after community supported agriculture (CSA), but differs in a few key ways. A CSA is a farmshare in which a customer pays a fixed fee at the beginning of the growing season and receives regular, non-customizable produce boxes. LolaBee's is different from a San Francisco CSA because we source from multiple farmers, we offer home delivery, and we have a flexible cancellation policy. Even though LolaBee’s is not technically a CSA, we found inspiration from this model and improved on it—allowing us to bridge the gap between farmers and San Francisco residents in a way that’s easy, customizable, and doesn’t add extra work.
How Does Ordering Actually Work?
Sign up now to get started! Place a custom order of farm fresh food in our online market, which is open every week between 9:00AM on Friday and 5:00PM on Sunday. Choose from our wide selection of local organic fruits and vegetables, sustainable seafood, pastured meats, dairy and eggs, all for home delivery. Because LolaBee’s is a custom order grocery delivery service, the price of your box is dependent upon the items you select.
Pricing and availability of local and organic products varies seasonally, so the best way to get an idea of how much your LolaBee’s deliveries will cost is to check out our online farmers market. Browse the market to view pricing on each item.
We have an order minimum of $30, and our subsidized delivery fee is $4.95. A small Harvest Box, our CSA-style mixed produce box of up to eleven varieties of mixed fruits and vegetables, costs $30.
Do I Get to Choose What’s in My Box?
Yes, you can shop a la carte for any item in the market. Orders are completely customizable, with no up-front fees or long-term commitments. Join today to start your organic grocery delivery!
What if there is a Problem with My Order?
It’s simple. If you are unhappy, you get your money back.
We want you to be delighted with your LolaBee’s experience. We work hard to make things perfect, but sometimes we make mistakes. If you are not completely delighted with our service or any of your purchases, please let us know and we promise to make it right. If you prefer not to place customized orders, the Harvest Box is for you! The LolaBee's Harvest Box is a CSA style produce box filled with an assortment of seasonal, local fruits and vegetables hand selected by LolaBee's. Generally, the Harvest Boxes are equal parts fruits and vegetables, and contents vary each week. Customers are also free to add other items to their Harvest Box order, such as eggs, meat and milk. What if I Go On Vacation? Can I Cancel Deliveries When I am Out of Town?
LolaBee’s flexible ordering makes order cancellation simple! To cancel a delivery, just sign into your account and click on “Vacation” in the navigation. Enter the dates on which you do not want to receive a delivery, and we’ll be sure not to send boxes on those days. Please remember to cancel orders at least three days before the expected delivery date.

What Kinds of Products Do You Offer?
LolaBee’s offers a wide variety of organic produce, pastured meats & eggs, sustainable seafood, organic dairy, and artisan products like snacks, hummus, prepared foods, and more. Everything is made or grown in the Bay Area, within 30-250 miles of San Francisco. Our online market is stocked with a wide variety of seasonal offerings and is updated every week. Is All of LolaBee’s Food Certified Organic?
LolaBee’s sources certified organic products whenever possible. Most of our produce is certified organic, but not all. Some products do come from farmers that use organic practices but are not certified organic. Third party organic certification can be very expensive and time consuming—a challenge for small farmers with scarce resources. We choose farmers and vendors based on a range of criteria, including sustainability, environmental impact, product quality, humane animal rearing, and conscientious labor practices, which is why we don’t exclude suppliers solely on the basis of third party organic certification. Our job is to do the due diligence for you. We supply from farmers that operate their farms with integrity; their food is grown or raised with respect for your health, the environment, and animal welfare. If we don’t feel completely confident that it’s the very best, we won’t sell it. All of our products are clearly marked for organic status in our online market.
Where Does the Food Come From?
At LolaBee’s we thrive on bringing you the tastiest, freshest, and most sustainable foods. LolaBee’s helps you become a part of building a sustainable food system. Our offerings are local and organic whenever possible. All of our farms are within 30-250 miles of San Francisco. We believe strongly in the importance of being educated about where our food comes from, so you will always know who grew your food and how many miles it traveled to get to you. Delivery
We deliver to most San Francisco neighborhoods. We don’t currently serve the East Bay, North Bay, or Peninsula, but we are expanding soon! If we haven’t made it to your zip code yet, be sure to add your name and address to our waiting list so you’ll be first to know when we come to your neighborhood. Do I Have to Be Home to Receive My LolaBee’s Box?
No, you don’t need to be home to get your LolaBee’s box. If you aren’t home, we will leave the delivery in your designated delivery location for you to retrieve when you get home. LolaBee’s delivers your order directly to your home or work each week. No stress—LolaBee’s special insulated boxes and cryogenic ice packs will keep your groceries fresh for hours.
Where Do You Leave the Delivery?
We want to safely deliver your food in the way that’s most convenient for you, but it’s important that you provide detailed delivery instructions during the sign up process. Please be specific about where you would like your deliveries to be placed (inside garage, in front of door, on porch, etc.) and be sure to include garage or access codes. If you live in a secured building, please provide an access code or a key to your building. Please mail your key to LolaBee’s Harvest, 2050 Galvez Ave, San Francisco, CA 94124. (Don’t forget to include a way to help us identify your key.) If you aren’t sure what delivery plans would work best for you, please contact us—we are happy to help figure out a plan to securely deliver your food to you.
As long as your new residence is within our delivery area, we are happy to continue your service without interruption! Just log in to your account and click on "Contact Info" to change your address, and email us at info@lolabees.com with new delivery instructions.
Your fresh fruit and vegetable box will arrive each Thursday between 9:00am and 7:30pm. Delivery time may vary; LolaBee's delivers all over the city and routes occasionally change due to traffic, weather, or other causes.
Why Does LolaBee’s Charge a Delivery Fee?
We charge a delivery fee because for a business, the costs of delivery must be made up somewhere, and if they aren’t accounted for with a delivery fee, they result in higher product prices. Transparency is one of our core values. We want you to pay the appropriate price for your food, not pad our prices with additional costs.

Can I Give LolaBee’s as a Gift?
Yes! LolaBee’s fresh produce boxes make wonderful wedding, engagement, mother’s day, and baby gifts. A pre-paid delivery is also a thoughtful housewarming gift for friends who may be new to the Bay Area. Visit our gift page to begin.
